Indigestion : if you still have your gallbladder, please get it checked with ultrasound and HIDA scan with CCK

I have GERD and hiatal hernia. I take Protonix. The cancer drug I take causes diarrhea. When I get it and take an Imodium it immediately affects my upper digestion. I get a burning stomach, nausea and indigestion. How do I stop this problem?
Dull ache in upper right abdomen for over a year. Negative ab ultrasound a year ago but dull throb remains. Also have heartburn and occasional light stools/loose stools. No weight loss or jaundice. Should I be worried of cancer of liver/pancreas?
