I have gerd but recently ive been feeling a shakiness sensation in the middle of my chest that wont stop with extreme tiredness. my left chest (aka) heart has a sharp pain right above my heart but goes away throughout the day. should i be scared?

Those symptoms seem not typical for GERD. See you doctor if you have extreme tiredness without an apparent cause.
