I plan to eat normally for 5 days of a week and for 2 days, i plan to eat 500 calories. i'm 16, 5'3, and 130 pounds and play soccer. is this healthy?

No: 500 calories is not enough "fuel" for your body, especially as an athlete. It's not wise to attempt to lose weight during a season of athletic competition. If you really wanted to limit calories on days you are not practicing or competing, then consider dropping to no fewer than 1200.
