Yes: Yes, I know it may be worrisome to go to the Er when you don't have insurance, but you definitely need to be seen and treated appropriately for it. The problem is that if it is not treated correctly it runs a fairly high risk of infection setting in and that can become a much bigger (and more costly) problem.. An urgent care place would be another option.
