Eczema? Allergy?: It is too hard to tell what that elbow rash could be without looking at it. An elbow rash could be due to many different things, such as reactions to poison oak, poison ivy, cosmetics, sunscreens, foods eaten, animals petted, etc... It could also eczema (sensitive skin that gets inflamed, itches, and cracks up), a skin infection... The possibilities are many, so a doctor should take a look.
