Hi. i am a 39 year old female. 7 wks pregnant. 5 days i have swollen lymph nodes in neck, head, throat, clavicles which are visibly protruding. today a coin-shaped hot rash on the buttocks, elbow & now swollen eye lids. blood test show no infection

Specialist: I recommend consulting a specialist in infectious diseases. The presence of a rash is some evidence against a malignancy and favors an infection, probably viral. More history and thorough testing are needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. I'm sure that your obstetrician and general MD want a definitive diagnosis.
