Is this bad? In the left breast at 12:00 6 cm from the nipple, there is a parallel, hypochoic, oval mass measuring 0.9 x 0.2 1.0 cm. This is suspicious&ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy is recommended.IMPRESSION: SUSPICIOUS - BIRAD 4?

U/S:There is a subtle hypoechoic mass measuring 6 mm in the left breast upper outer quadrant. The finding is best seen on radial images. no vascular flow. Nothing shows on Mammo or addtl mammo pics. If cancer what is likelihood of it being early?
35yo woman. mass 1.811.5cm right breast.And another mass left breast 1.30.61cm . Core Biopsy results are : benign Fibrodenomatoid Hyperplasia AND Fibrocystic Changes. What next ? Removal adviced? Risk factor for cancer ? THANKS DRS.
