: Breast pain may be due to fibrocystic disease in breast, but back pain with "tingles in left leg" can be caused by spinal disc herniation and a referral to neurology or orthopedics may assist. Without a strong family history of breast cancer, it is unlikely to occur at "age 25", but a digital mammogram is a more definitive test.
