Is it true if i have a cold i can't breastfeed my 1month old?

Not true: Having a cold is not a contraindication to breastfeeding. In fact the antibodies you are making in response to the cold are transmitted via breast milk. This can help to protect your baby against the cold you are having.

No: By the time you realize you have a cold the kid has been exposed enough to catch it. Antibodies in your breast milk have some ability to reduce this risk. Stopping now would not change the risk of passing it to baby much but would make feeding later that much harder.
