Is that normal for my fully breastfeed four months old to poo 3-4 times a day? as i've heard they don't poo that often at this age.

Yes: Bowel patterns are very individual. It is very normal for a 4 month old to stoll after each feeding, 3-4 times per day.

Considerable variatn: A breast fed kid may poo a small smear every feed or a cradle full once a week and still be within the normal range. Voiding at least every 4 hours assures good hydration.
