Get a culture/sensit: ivity test to see what the bug is that is infecting your urinary tract AND what antibiotics will kill it. Once you know that your doc will prescribe an effective antibiotic for you.

UTI: Sometimes STI can present with similar symptoms. Would be worthwhile having urine test and swabs . Please consult your doctor.

UTI: If all your other UTI symptoms have resolved, then the foul smell should clear in a few days as well. If you have persisting symptoms, then there is a chance that the antibiotics haven't worked and you may need another broad spectrum antibiotic. If you are still experiencing other symptoms, visit your GP who can test your urine and treat accordingly

Cloudy urine. No other symptoms, STDs are not possible (monogamous relationship both clean), just finished bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for uti, is it residual UTI ?
Use Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) 2x for 5 days-UTI. Last dose. Urine checked today, no infection but still have some lower back & pelvic pain. How long until i get relief?
