Dx w/severe UTI Tue afternoon, RX Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for 7 days. Taken 7 pills so far. Should the infection be clearing up? Should my urine still be cloudy?
I was prescribed bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for symptoms of a uti, the urine test showed I did not have a uti, and urine was normal. Can I stop taking this medication ?
