Chronic Anxiety: No Henry, this is not a normal feeling to have in those who are not chronically anxious. Why do you feel you need to live with this condition all the time. There is some help to be had to lessen your symptoms and help you live a better life. Please see your physician and ask for some help with this, get in to see a therapist as well. There may not be a cure but there is help.
