I have a 6 year old daughter. here lately when she bumps into something she bruises immediately and they are mostly on her legs. what should i do?

Not to worry unless-: If these bruises are on prominent parts of her body - anterior shins, areas that kids frequently bump, i would do nothing. They are part of childhood. If you are seeing bruises in weird places - inner thighs or arms, genital region, armpit- or if your child has any other unusual bleeding like nose bleeds, gum bleeding with tooth brushing, then i would talk with your doc about lab work for bleeding.
