my 16 year old daughter has itchy skin (legs only) no visable rash - when she scratches for a while some bumps like mosquito bites faintly appear?

Dry skin?: Try unscented soap and application of moisturizer 2x daily with one <3 minutes after bathing to see if this helps. Dry skin is by far the most common cause for itching without any rash.
