Re-measure ur bp: Probably an error, make sure you use the right cuff size, should cover 1/2 to 2/3 of your arm's length, and measure left and right arms. If you still have elevated readings as the one noted then go to the ER / Urgent Care, if you can't see or contact your doctor right away. Headache is irrelevant , best wishes
