I'm a 30 year old female in good health and yet, i've been diagnosed with cronic headaches. i have tried blood pressure medicines and anti-depressants but nothing helps. what should i do?

Headaches: Several other options are available, such as depakote, topamax, (topiramate) botox, etc. Your best bet is neurologist.

Chronic HA?: Was it migraine ha or tension ha.? And have u tried acupuncture? I did treat many patient successfully for ha who were non responsive to other treatments.

Stress related: May be stress related. Treatment may include (1) improving coping skills (eg cognitive behavioral psychotherapy), (2) reducing stressors, (3) daily deep relaxation practice (mindfulness meditation or yoga), (4) good selfcare (sleep, nutrition, exercise, also avoiding harmful substances), (5) supportive relationships, (6) possibly concurrent anti-anxiety medication.
