It only means: that the tubes are open, and so the ovulated egg can potentially get into the uterine cavity for normal implantation following fertilization. If there are any other medical conditions that might inhibit or contraindicate pregnancy, those are separate issues.

Hi, My HSG shows there is a filling defect within the uterus. Both fallopian tubes are demonstrated with mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. Mild spillages seen bilaterally. Impression: Bilateral patent tubes, mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. What does this mean?
I have mild and minimal peritoneal spills in my fallopian tubes. Is that difficult to become pregnent in this condition?Is that spills removes easily?
