A member asked:

Bilateral patent fallopian tubes... i understand it means the both tubes are open, does it mean i am medically okay to get pregnant?

It only means: that the tubes are open, and so the ovulated egg can potentially get into the uterine cavity for normal implantation following fertilization. If there are any other medical conditions that might inhibit or contraindicate pregnancy, those are separate issues.
