Likely Muscular Pain: Muscle sprain of the chest wall is a common cause of such pain, especially when experienced with movement. We use our chest muscles to breathe and that prolongs its healing time BUT.... if you are experiencing other symptoms, like having shortness of breath or being unwell in any way , this needs to be checked by your doctor Hope you get well soon
