Low wbc 3, low anion gap 6, and low ig m 47. all other blood work normal so far. i have discoloration around both eyes. extreme fatigue. blood and bone cancers run in my family. does this point in the direction of multiple myeloma?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, multiple myeloma is extremely rare at your age. Wish you good health!
