Possibly: Afrin is another otc medication that decongests nasal mucosa thereby relieving eustachian tube dysfunction (fullness in ears/popping/fluid build-up behind eardrum). Should only be used a few days at a time, read instructions. More potent treatments available with guidance from a physician.
