Eustachian tube dysfunction: can i use an oral decongestant and a nasal spray together or is it overkill/unsafe/etc.?

Yes, a nasal spray such as a steroid topical spray is a good start as is a decongestant like Sudfed. This medication is available OTC and as a generic. It is safe to use both together. If no resolution in a few weeks, see your ENT doctor for other options.
