Tendinitis in sholdr: Sounds like you had a case of tendinitis in your shoulder that has never properly healed. I suspect that you have to lift / carry heavy things at work or use your arms a fair amount (for cleaning or the like). Alternatively, you may be playing sports which causes repetitive injury (volleyball, basketball). See a sports medicine specialist or TTYD about what to do. You can also use HealthTap Prime.
