Is it normal for a 3.5 month postoperative mri to show tears in the labrum, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus after biceps tenodesis and distal clavicle resection/acromioplasty? mri was done because of continuing pain and stiffness not improving?

I assume that a preop MRI was done and if so and it didn't demonstrate those findings, your orthopedic surgeon will have to answer your question.
