My recent mri shows degenerative arthropathy of a/c joint, rotator cuff tendinopathy w/calcification, labrum tear, moderate deltoid bursitis, biceps tenosynovitis, and bone cysts. pain worse over 9 months when i lifted object. 40f, p.t. or surgery?

In your case, it might be more successful to start with physical therapy, and gradual progress to independent exercise. Surgery is an option subsequently, but might be rather complex and arduous. Would obtain at least two orthopedic consults.
