Surface of tonsils: Not sure what you are referring to but it might be looking at the surface of you tonsils that might look irregular. If you have concerns about it you might need to see your doctor to look at it

Bumps in throat : Bumps in throat can be anything from aphthous ulcers , inflamed tonsils , it's hard to say without examination. Please consult your doctor or post the question again with a picture.

Bumps: Probably subcutaneous lymphoid tissue. Can be normal, can be related to allergy, acid reflux
