Possibly allergies: I believe you may be referring to cobblestoning of the lining of your throat. This often will occur if a person has allergies. The little bumps are tiny areas of swelling. It is also possible that what you are seeing is normal. Many people will say that they see bumps, and they are referring to normal tissue that appears bumpy due to light reflection when trying to illuminate the area.
