Several possible: This may be meningitis, or something entirely different. Your symptoms are sufficiently serious that would strongly recommend you go to an er now. Hope this is not too severe. Go now.

Not susre: Although common self limiting illnesses can have your symptoms (like the flu), you should be examined by a physician because of your fever. The tylenol (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen you take may alter the temperature you record. You may need testing and treatment. Have someone else drive you because of the headache.
