Viral infection: It has nothing to do with watching tv in bed. The problem is likely from a viral infection. It is important to keep him hydrated if his is vomiting. See your doctor if these symptoms last longer than a couple of day s or are getting worse.

Sickness: By what you have described i think he has come down with an illness. Watching tv should not cause vomiting. You may want to consider having him seen by a pediatrician.
