ADD: Hello, I was diagnosed with add and was prescribed dexedrine 10mg once a day. It's been almost a week and im not seeing any positive effects! ANS: there is no good set for ADD. The best way to assess if you are improving is to ask friends and relatives. You may need a long acting version or take more than once a day. Discuss with your team.

Adjust dose : Your dose could be too low. Call you doctor and let him or her know that you are not experiencing any benefit yet. When the dose is tight you should notice the effect within an hour of taking it .

Need to adjust dose: Usually physicians start a medication at the lower dose to see if you can tolerate it and no major side effects. Call for earlier appointment and he can adjusted higher. Ten mg. Is a low dose.
