Yes and maybe: The coffee should be tapered. The Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) should be tapered as per your surgeon and the primary doctor I am not sure it must be totally tapered but may be held down or reduced for several days. Ask the primary care doctor to contact the surgeon to discuss the case for the best treatment.
