Jittery much?: Dexedrine stimulates (hopefully) the front part of your brain by blocking the reuptake and increasing the release of norepinephrine and dopamine. Cymbalta (duloxetine) also blocks the reuptake of norepinephrine as well as serotonin to treat depression/anxiety. The overlap in their behavior means your risk of certain side effects (increased heart rate/blood pressure, insomnia, upset stomach) increases.

I would talk with Dr: Without causing unnecessary panic here... I would talk to your Dr or nurse on call today. There is an interaction listed with these 2 drugs that simple web searches will detail. If you just recently started the Cymbalta (duloxetine) it should be ok to stop immediately. Call your Dr.
