Not technically: A transvaginal ultrasound is a great test to visualize the uterus and it can show a thickened uterine lining, which can be associated with endometrial cancer but not always as there are other causes of a thickened endometrial lining. The only way to accurately diagnose endometrial cancer is with an endometrial biopsy or a D&C. An US alone cannot be used to diagnose endometrial cancer.
