Had root canal 3 weeks ago to tooth #14. it's still sore. tried antibiotics and bite adjustment. is it too soon for retreatment of root canal?

Re-evaluation: Re-evaluation, not necessarily retreatment. Were you infected before the root canal? Was the tooth traumatized (might be fractured)? Are all canals accounted for and filled adequately? If your pain continues, then a second opinion by an endodontist might be in order.
