Cbc: Usually a diff will pick up a serious infection but this is not 100% sometimes a serious infection supresses the response that we see in the cbc/diff.

Bloodwork showed normal CBC, ANCA, healthy t and b cells (no significant finding), but 7% double positive CD4+/CB8+ -indicates possible severe infection/virus which I don't have. Can healthy population show this blood marker?
