Bloodwork showed normal cbc, anca, healthy t and b cells (no significant finding), but 7% double positive cd4+/cb8+ -indicates possible severe infection/virus which i don't have. can healthy population show this blood marker?

Yes, indeed: entirely healthy people can have such results. Why was CD4/CD8 testing done? Its main use is to evaluate cell-mediated immunity in people with other medical conditions; it is not recommended and rarely if ever done in outwardly healthy people. The most common use is to judge immune function in people with HIV, but in that setting is appropriate only when HIV testing is positive.
