See a doctor: Pain in the jaw, head and neck can be caused by many things from a tooth abscess to a pinched nerve in the neck. I recommend an evaluation by a physician to find out the cause so that it can be treated.

As your pain is: worse on arising, have your dentist check for clenching or grinding while you are asleep. If the finding is positive, a simple inexpensive night splint will alleviate your pain.
