One doesn't always: recognize that one is having a seizure. While most of us are familiar with (grand mal) tonic-clonic seizures/generalized shaking, temporal lobe seizures are often more sensory. Even something as simple as an altered sense of smell may be sign of a seizure. BUT, having a 3 week headache is something concerning...you need to see your Doctor for evaluation ASAP. Good wishes:)

Ct scan?: 3 Weeks is unusual for a headache. You should see someone A CT scan will reassure you that you do not have a tumor.
