My 2 year old daughter has a bad diaper rash. but she is in underwear.. how and why is this happening and what to do about it?

If she is wearing a: diaper or pull-up at night, that could cause a rash. If she is having urinary accidents in her underwear, it could do the same. If not, she may be reacting to new underwear or a soap or detergent. Please have her doctor examine her and the rash, to determine the cause and treat it properly.
