Well, you could have: Contaminated the cream you're using, or it could be a yeast infection. Zinc oxide paste coats raw, weepy areas very well. Use disposable gloves when removing & applying the paste, to avoid getting staph from your hands onto skin or mucous membranes that are cracked or open. See her pediatrician. Always wipe front-to-back when cleaning urine & stool.
