? Monilial: diaper rash, common, can be due to an antibiotic, keep the area dry and clean, don't use barrier creams for now, as Desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or A&D. Clotrimazole OTC cream twice a day over the affected areas, if no improvement in few days, see your pediatrician,
