Not generally: Small cell lung cancer (SCLC), while generally a serious diagnosis, wasn't thought to affect the eyes. (The bones & brain are still the most common sites of metastasis (spread)). Eye metastasis is STILL VERY RARE in SCLC, but cases have been described in medical literature. Normally it causes VISION LOSS NOT BLURRING as it affects the choroid, the part of the eye w/ most blood vessels. TTY Oncolog
