Be cautious: I would try and avoid taking up to 3000mg of tylenol on a regular basis regardless of what source. While 3000mg/24 is an accepted dosing amount. The potential for cumulative toxicity is still significant especially if you take it regularly. Also, be very cautious if you have liver problems, consume alcohol or take other medications metabolized in the liver. Hope that helps.

Fioricet: Fioricet = acetaminophen / butalbital / caffeine. Current formulation contains includes 50 mg of butalbital, 40 mg of caffeine and 320 mg of acetaminophen. Most people do not take more than 6 pills per day. So you may already be getting 1,930 mg of Tylenol per day just using Fioricet.

Do not mix: Easy here to exceed maximal amount of Tylenol (4000 mg/day) and barbiturates are habituating and accompanied by tolerance and seizures if stopped abruptly. Recommend alternative meds

Less than 4 gm: Do not take more than 4 g acetaminophen from the various medications that have this chemical. Do not take alcohol while you take acetaminophen/Tylenol. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
