Midol: The fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) itself should help the cramp. If not taking the fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) everyday, infact that is not recommended anyway. you can take the midol for the cramps in addition to the fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine).
