No: Your dizzy spells, syncope, and positive tilt table may indicate POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). If you have a positive tilt table, how can you be "cardio cleared"? Evaluation with an electrophysiologist (cardiologist specializing in neuro-cardiogenic syncope) may be revealing. If you have POTS, the prognosis is good - you'll get better in time and there are treatments.
