Blood draw from clinic , had to take sample myself to another clinic only 15 minute drive . vaccutainer test tube was in my car room temperature clinic checked sample said would be good for 2days and is okay would it effect hiv test accuracy ?

No effect: Another OCD driven question. This does not affect HIV test reliability. And obviously the clinic would not mislead you. I think it's time for you to stop asking about such details of HIV testing or about your compulsive testing. You are unlikely to think of anything that will make a difference, and you can accurately predict the answer you will get. Get the counseling you need and move on.
