Dyshidrosis (dyshydrotic eczema) is a skin condition that causes small blisters and dry, itchy skin. It usually develops on fingers, hands and feet. Treatment involves prescription creams or ointments and occasionally treatment with oral corticosteroids such as prednisone. He should see his Dr for continuing treatment. There is no cure, only management.
