Rare neuralgia: Control is often achieved via usage of meds used in epilepsy, and sodium channel inhibitors such as Carbamazepine and oxcarbazine may be useful. Have had great success with Lyrica (pregabalin) or gralise. There are some neurosurgical approaches that may be useful, and most of these are minimally invasive. But need to make certain that there is not a presence of nasopharngeal cancer as cause. See doctor.

Glosopharyngeal neu: Unfortunately no cure available. There are medications that can be tried - gabapentin, duloxitine etc.... If worst come to worst then neurostimulation may be an option.
