Skin Care...: It sounds like you have acne. The monthly patten may be associated with your period. In some women thier period (menses) may make acne worse. The best way to control acne is with simple cleansing & skin care. See you doctor if it does not get better with this, and they may be able to try other treatments, many that work very well.
