Stop doing this : If your radiologist is confident that this is not cancer, trust them. You may request reading by another radiologist. The symptoms of ovarian cancer are nonspecific and even spastic colon can be a ringer. Don't symptom-match using the internet. You will trouble yourself and not help your care in any way. Read up instead on what cysts really are.
